How to Reserve Your Spot
1) Fill out the Enrollment Form
Please download and complete the enrollment form, (Form available below)
2) Return your completed form back to us
Email it back to admin@btgautism.com.
3) What Happens Next?
After we receive your form, we will authorize your registration and confirm your registration
4) Payment is Processed
Once your registration is confirmed, we’ll send you a link for payment.
** If You Are ALTA Regional Client ~ ACRA ~ Read Form Below
If you are an ALTA Regional Center client, (ACRA) please let us know and we will send you a secure payment link to place your card on file for registration purposes. Your card will only be charged if ACRC funding is not paid by the time sessions start. Please see the attached information sheet on ACRC funding and requirements.

Enrollment is confirmed once both the enrollment form and payment authorization are received. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions or need help selecting a time slot, feel free to reach out. We’re looking forward to a summer filled with purpose, play, and growth!
*** Please note: While we do our best to honor requested time slots, placement is based on age and group dynamics. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to make the best match for each student.
